New Challenge!

So a few months back I did some challenges, a 30 day push up and a 30 day squat challenge. (If anyone knows of a good exercise challenge during pregnancy, let me know!)

So as of today I am starting a new challenge, the 40 Bags in 40 Days. This challenge is to declutter one area of your home each day over a 40 day period.

If you follow the link I provided you can get a free printable schedule (it starts today!) and ideas of areas to declutter. I’m working on filling my schedule out now.

It gives you Sunday’s off but I will be personalizing mine a little more and keeping the Sundays since I will be out of town for a few days in the middle. Sunday’s will be my “make up” day for the days that I would be missing.

I will be starting with a few things in my kitchen, like junk drawer, pantries, etc.

Great challenge! I’ve read a few different studies about how an orderly space decreases stress, improves self-image, and helps to keep you motived and happy! This is a clever way to go about it! You’re aware of my vegan challenge for March- I’m doing my research and planning right now to get ready! 🙂 Go us! 🙂

Colleen, I’m excited to hear all about your vegan challenge, that will be way more intense than my challenge!

I’ve definitely been slacking on having an orderly space so I figure if I break everything up into small sections it will help me keep things nice and clean too!
